I haven’t found a lot of information on this subject. Would like to hear your thoughts on what should be default choice in PVP?
I personally incline towards Lifebloom 
It used to be Skull Bash. Always. Savage Roar is a waste in this burst-focused environment.
It’s now being moved to our hand slot. So your choices will be Lacerate vs Lifebloom vs Savage Roar from Tuesday onwards and Mangle vs Skull Bash (aka Skull Bash is a dead rune).

Skull Bash. Staying cat form is way too squishy in the current PvP climate to get any use out of roar.
Feral PvP isn’t very strong though so if you want a good PvP experience you’ll want to go balance.
Feral charge and skullbash share CD. Skullbash is not worth it at all
This is PvP we’re talking about, not PvE. Skull Bash is an incredible PvP skill.
