Playing around on the ptr with the new feral tier set and it becomes clear that this tier set will suffer massively on single target largely due to how many apex procs you get on single target. I have had periods on the training dummy where I didn’t get a single proc in two minutes meaning my tier set 4p didn’t give me any damage in 2 minutes, obviously this is the extreme end of rng and largely won’t happen for most people. I truly believe blizzard doesn’t understand how much apex procs in single target please bring back the 9% apex proc chance and just scale it with targets in aoe to keep it largely the same with more than one target. I’m aware of the argument of people not liking spamming apex procs but considering our tier set is tied to it the proc rate needs to be improved. Thanks for listening to my rant

If thats a rant that’s one of the most calm and collected rants I have ever read, I agree I’ve been on the ptr latley and am feeling much the same though I have not gone 2 minutes without a proc that’s nuts let’s hope that does not happen.
Though to be fair when I train on the dummy on live I also feel sometimes procs are not coming as often as real combat so you think it might me something to do with the dummy itself? If it was on 0% maybe it doesn’t register? I’ve not thought of that until just now
would be a good change, 6% in a single target scenario feels like nothing.
