I get it indie company lets be patient, and actually the players are the problem since we are all so toxic…

Because most normal people know that Blizzard knows that feral is overtuned and will get nerfed.
If you played this game for abit, you know it will happen.
Sometimes it just takes a little to long.
So just logout from the forums and breath

Don’t worry. Before S2 they’ll be nerfed and tossed back in the shadows of other melee like always. Let them have some fun for a season atleast!

I suppose at this point it’s more of a signaling issue than developers making ferals more powerful -issue. The way notes are worded I would assume they are buffing rake direct damage, not the over time component. Shred isn’t used that much in their rotation, although some, so I overall impact of the buff in my mind is less than 1 %. I suppose it allows them to kill psyfiends and totems more easily. Not really sure either at which breaking point shred becomes a better generator than brutal slash in single target.

I don’t even play feral and I kinda agree xD

And where do you see those buffs?

Rake damage increased by 5%.
Wild Slashes increases Swipe and Thrash damage by 40% (was 25%).
Druid of the Claw: Ravages cast by Convoke the Spirits now trigger Killing Strikes.
Developers’ notes: The Feral changes above were intended to be a part of the 11.0.5 patch, but temporarily went missing.

u guys should atleast wait, until the next week, because it´s 100% sure, that they will Nerf feral, theres not even a question, i find it funny how many people complain about feral because they cant easily fotm reroll it like when ret or dk/dh is op

i hope they nerf the right thing [Incarn] but i doubt they have a idea how to nerf correctly, either they will throw just a 5% nerf, or a overkill nerf, and nerf this class by 20%+ on every spell, until it does negative dmg

then feral will fall off and u will only see shadows and sub rogues with 3 mio + evis, and the cycle will beginn from new, and u will see multiple threads with “omg nerf shadow and sub rogue, theses classes are out of controll”

i doubt we will see “high quality class tunings in the next coming week” either wee see overkill nerfs, or a hit on the wrist

About the Feral Buffs

everything is meaningless except rake buff

the other stuff does nothing, shred does - dmg

and Wild slashes is a pve Talent, what is so Underperforming that u dont even take it in Pve, it´s useless

no direct dmg is the same, they increased the bleed dmg

yeah it does useless dmg

wish they would just do more changes to shred, and kill brutal slash, such an awful ability in a pvp environment

i mean yeah, but feral currently is really Overtuned, and facing mirrors all day getting boring, just nerf feral, but dont gut them, let them still be a good option in the A+ tier category, but S+ is kinda too much

Feral Druids had fun for over half of Dragonflight and was one of the top/the top performing DPS spec multiple times in multiple seasons.

What on earth do you mean ‘for a season at least’?

Edit: I see you didn’t play DF S3 and S4 so I’m not surprised you have no idea how about the history of that spec’s strength and are just yapping with no experience.

I’ve been playing since the game came out, I completely understand the “political” choices behind buffs and nerfs with everything it creates. However, I find it absurd that already very competitive classes are often, speaking in general, exaggeratedly buffed because I pay for the game every month like others.

I don’t expect a perfect balance (which would be impossible) and I’m fine with a class being S tier and mine being A and vice versa, but it doesn’t seem appropriate to make one or more classes so strong compared to the average. The concept should be that one class can make 7/8 and another 9, that’s fine. But if it makes 5 and the other 10 and the patch fix is ​​further buffed the second…
