"Fetching encoding table" Everytime I Start battlenet

Hi, I just recently want to play again. But every time i run the battlenet app, it wants to fetch the encoding table, which is about 100mb. Now i dont mind it, but i’m on metered connection. And 100mb everytime i want to play is a bit excessive for me. Is the app suppose to do this?

To clarify, i have downloaded the game. And have played again. Its just that when i close the battle.net app, it wants to download the encoding table again. and its 100mb in size. and it happens everytime i start the battle.net app
