The title of my problem says enough…
What do I do? I checked the list / link where other people asked the same question.
I took these measures:
Shutting down Norton 360 anti-virus software. - no result.
Shutting down Malware bytes - no result.
Exiting VPN - no result.
Also, my entire internet connection is dropping down to being unable doing anything.
If anyone can help?
