Appreciate you taking the time to look at this if you are. I mostly enjoy pvp and plan to do mythics, not raiding at all. I have some questions that I did search the forums for but with 9.1.5, figured would ask some of the pros.
I am currently NF, should i make a change to a new covenant? Seems like many going Venthyr or Kyrian, think i may have messed up with my choice.
Stat priority? I had M > C > V > H as my goal, not sure I am lining them up correctly.
Legendary? What should i be going for, I can’t find anything on it. KNowing pvp and mythic and mostly pvp, is their one i should be crafting that his head and shoulders above the rest?

There are several routes you can go, but as a general rule of thumb, you will be using Cravens Strategem as your main pvp-legendary. When you are better geared and gotten more used to pvp, you can under some circumstances swap it out for a dps legendary. But you can never go wrong with Cravems. Now there are a couple of options for you:
Kyrian MM w/ full mastery (careful aim for aimed shots, explosive shot if you burst with rapid fire). This is the setup used by the highest rated. You base your game on your 1 minute cooldowns (resonating arrow + explosive shot +rapid fire or aimed shot), and full mastery to allow that burst to hit as hard as possible.
Venthyr MM /w full haste + explosive shot. As venthyr, your goal is basically to outlast the opponent through infinite kiting and kill shot proces. With a good resto druid, you can make sure noone ever touches you and you can in the end win on mana, unless you get some lucky procs and kill someone.
Necrolord MM /w full mastery + careful aim. Here is where the meme begins. You can play with the legendary for necrolord, giving your death chakram an on-effect explosive shot. The burst potential is HUGE, but easily counterable and its not at all as effective as Kyrian MM.
Through all these setups, there are variations of talents to use. Calling the Shots and Lock and Load are dependant on comp and situation. But overall it doesnt matter too much when you are starting out.
Yeah to be clear: kyrian is the best option for MM and the easiest to capitalize off. As necrolord, you need to be comfortable playing without craven which demands more of you as a player. But all that aside. even the best players will capitalize more with kyrian arrow.
