Here i will expose all problems that are currently inside of pvp. Some people may have different opinions on it, but surely most of you will find yourselves in those cases. I will be missing some major problems for sure, but i dont have them on my mind while writing this post.
Priest
- Fade : (fade has no school) : You can interrupt holy priest on holy, shadow priest on shadow, and yet still they can use their fade. This is pretty dingusting since the greater fade has a 45 sec cooldown, and there is no counterplay to it…
- MC glitching : This is the number one thing that has to be fixed in this list. This is absolutely inaxeptable for a game that has been out since 2004, and letting this run on AWC.
Warrior : I think everyone knows warriors are just broken atm. They have insane damage (make sense), insane survivability, infinite mobility (you get below 35% and they can spam execute charge) and their utility (banner / intervene). It seems like this class at the moment has not identity since they are just good everywhere. Something has to be change about it.
Paladin
- Retribution : In my opinion the only reason ret is absolutely broken with damage, its just, and only beacause of divine toll. This spell should be nerfed and gave them instead a bit more mobility, this is literally what retribution players are asking for.
- Protection : So most tanks are not really viable in arena, which make sense, this is not a good pvp design, but for some reason protection paladins are running the game. They have way too much off heals, and too much defensives to offer. BoP (immune) / BoS (immune) / Queen (immune) / SaC, and Steed of Glory (cc immune)…
Affliction : Affliction warlock legendary slow is just absolutely none sense. I have no idea why, what for, by who this was made, but this has to removed or hard nerfed. I think blizzard doesnt realize how much a mobility has an impact inside a competitive game. On top of that, if you get that debuff on you, and you use your heartstone, you still have it on you. The only thing for you to do at this moment, is ask a healer to dispell it, or just die.
Pets : Pet range need a contrain. On my hunter i was able to send my pet on Arathi Basin, from Farm to Stables. As long as the server is able to calculate the pathfinder, the pet is able to go anywhere. And i dont see any point of having something like that in the game… On top of that, as an example on my mage, my mirror images are just keeping me in combat for 30 seconds and are chasing somone as long as they dont dissapear. I know for fact this wasnt the case in previous expanions, so why now ?
Combat Bug : I guess this is something we have to deal with.
Overall i think the expansion is really well done, this is in my personal opinion the best expansion. There are obviously couple tunnings that needs to be made. Im looking at different stuffs, the improvements that has been made (the pvp vendor for example, thank you very much for that <3) the beautiful graffics introduced, the secrets inside the game, and thinking, how these others wasnt even introduced ?
I do enjoy the fact that every classes seems overpower in their own way, but some things just doesnt seems right.
Edit : For those who did not understand what i meant by my post. I didnt mention rogue’s / mm’s one shots, enhance burst, destro hitting 25k bolts etc. Because they can be countered. It goes the same for mage. Yes he has 3 barriers that absorb 13k (in pvp), but it can be countered (purged or just destroyed in one global / with burst you can pull 60k dmg within 8 sec, that more than enough to force major cd’s). Yes he has insane burst, but it goes the same with most classes… Im not complaning in any meanings to be the S tier class !
