i use this option but i dont see any effect?
for example terminator resistance game has this option and u can choose ultra quality, quality, performance v.s?

and i get more fps but this is nothing? im use 60hz 1920x1080 monitor
when i upscale 2K nothing change. not visual quality or fps ? if i higher to 4K fps drops

what is this option and how im use it? i want more fps!

WoW does not support FX Superresolution.
You can lower the renderscale below 100% if your GPU is struggeling, but the image will get blurry.

Fidelity FX super resolution only works when the resolution scale slider is below 100%.

Again, there is no AMD FX super resolution support in WoW.
Every game needs to support this feature on its own.
WoW has built in support for super sampling, which in a way is similar in reducing the strain on the GPU (below 100% renderscale, and increases above), but it just reduces the resolution and just uses bilinear or bicubic upsampling.

They added it in the last patch dude. You can choose AMD FSR in the drop down instead of the old scaling algorithms. And, as I said, it only functions when the render scale is below 100%. Look in the Advanced Options of the Retail client before you start claiming things don’t exist.

For people who don’t understand. FSR will scale the render output upto your monitors native resolution. It’s not super sample anti aliasing.

Generally, it’s more useful if you have a 4k monitor. You then use FSR as the resample option and set the resolution scale below 100%. (it will work with a 1080p native res but the result won’t be great)

Wow, you are right, my bad.
But how is this information nowhere to be found on news sites and noone talking about it…
I mean not that FSR is actually that good (especially compared to DLSS), but better than nothing i guess, if it works.

I just gave it a try (running on a 1440P display) and while it definately looks better than the blurry alternatives, the sharpening is really intense and you get ALOT of shimmering on shadows etc. especially while moving.
So if you don’t mind that, it is a nice FPS gain ofc.

You can tweak the sharpening in your settings as well.
