Ok so now after this quest has been bugged out EVERY quest reset since the game went live, the multiple forum posts that point to this issue have been closed.
Each closed thread concerning this bug have been closed with a message to report on the “Bug forum” ! only problem here is the EU doe’s not have a “bug forum”
The link takes you to the NA forums were we can’t even post, GG Blizz, whats the problem, the EU paying community not good enough for you to warrant them having a EU realms specific Bug Forum ?
Great system make a bug report system that the majority of the player base can’t even post bugs on !! Blizz damage control make a system the customers can’t use lol

CS doesn’t handle nor forward bug reports: We submit bug reports through the In-Game Bug Report in the Europe Region.
Reports submitted in this fashion will not receive a response. Instead, they’ll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
To report a bug in-game:
Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
Click Support.
2.5 Note: Do NOT use search bar or click “Contact Support” links.
Click Submit feedback or bug report, the middle button in the row with the Anub’Arak bug/insect icon.
Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
Click Submit.
If prompted to go to US Bug Report forum, go back to step 2.5
You can submit a bug report ingame if you follow the instructions to this big Anub’Arak icon.
OK, but still EU basically has no “customer support” and to my main point why does the forum reply link forward you to NA forums were you can’t do anything !!
To clarify Veadsarias’s link gives you multiple options to check or report a bug.
One of those is the US bug report forum while the latter is the ingame bug report option which you can find with my above guide, it includes an US free retail toon posting guide if you want to post on the US bug report forums.
Exactly my point, you have to have at least a level 10 toon on US servers, such a convoluted and hard process for something that should be clear easy and available in game like it is for the US,
