Final Pieces - cant complete

Hi, im unable to complete the final pieces quest and im not sure why. essentially i have completed it on my main (both Chars are druids) and have the legendary, then on an alt different server i have all the power i need and all the additional things (base item and missives) but it wont let me complete the quest and im not sure if its because:

  1. I used the memories before i got the quest
  2. I already had the memories because my main is the same class

I now dont know how to complete the quest. any help would be apreciated as I need a legendary.

You dont have to bring the exact same memory you want to use for the legendary. Simply any memmory from the world will work to satisfy the quest.
