The hammer animation is too big. Bigger than the character itself. Makes it very annoying to have a huge hammer pop every 5 seconds.
Its super cool and the sound is also great like the original one plus some additional venthyr like fx . let it be

Srsly, just use another better legendary and let us have this one cool animation.
Look at the size of that thing! This isn’t a 1 min cooldown ability. It’s something we use every 5 seconds. The animation is too big to be on a spammable ability. At least give us a glyph to use templars verdict animation.
Is this the Final Verdict animation or is it Hammer of Wrath animation?
Why would you use the legendary if not for the animation? IT’S A HUGE DPS LOSS IN IT’S CURRENT STATE!
it has to simulate the possibility that hits from 10 yards away so it has to be a normal mace scaled up
It’s the “optional” Final Verdict animation, you know the legendary that is absolutely useless except for certain pvp fights.
They should change it to an Giant Sun that crushes on the Enemy

It’s the best PvP legendary imo. It helps covering our biggest weakness, mobility. As a bonus it can be used while disarmed.
Not the best in all scenarios really, it’s a nice quality of life but you can’t even generate holy power through crusader strike nor will your Sanctified Wrath hit the target either so it’s far from BiS.
The useable while disarmed is 100% a bug since the ability doesn’t have the weapon requirements as other skills do, which is an oversight.
Just get the speed gems from shadowlands and you’ll get a flat 25% speed increase stack that on top of freedoms 30% and you’re golden.
The animation is the main upside tho. HoW proc rate is very low so it doesn’t have a big impact, and additional 5yd of range is very, very situational. Let me hammer people at the very least, dammit
