You need 5 seconds to realise that the performance of this legendary is terrible. The extra range does barely anything except in very rare situations and the free hammer of wrath is more useless than a socket on your item. How did this get through balancing?
Even with the old 50% chance it would suck since HoW doesnt do that much damage and only generates 1 HP. Its sad because the animation is obviously really awesome and yet tied to a mostly useless legendary.
Solutions:
Give us the old WoD Final Verdict back. It empowered your next Divine Storm by 25? 50? % or something. Seems fair enough and gives some cleaving power.
Make Final Verdict actually stronger than Templars Verdict, besides a little bit more range.
Make the HoW Procc either generate 2 HP instead of 1 or increase its damage.
The saddest thing is that the procc doesnt even reset HoW, so during wings and execute range it is 100% useless as it does nothing.
FV allows you to hit while disarmed. It is huge in pvp. But the legendary itself is too situational (you swap Utherās devotion for FV vs monks and warriors only).
Unfortunately itās viable PVP legendary. Unfortunately, because itās that ONE legendary that has something unique and I would not be afraid to use it (Iām not going to use Tempest, dungeons are too narrow and itās travel path is too big, Iām not risking ninja pulls) but itās trash in PVE.
I mean, you are the RBG player here, not us. Arena is completely different envirnoment than them with different requirements. You should know, but I do see value in it - especially with how easy it is to create space between you and ret.
