its not a good idea to ask for more beards during that dark age.
Devs are able to give you beards for female humans.
Give Female Humans the Warcraft 3 Necromancer Beard option

Seriously though, why in the WORLD would anyone associate possessing a long beard with the “dark age”, the “patriarchy”, etc? Is Gandalf a wife beater with a toxic masculine character? Are all long-beard sporters in real life somehow more violent or a “threat to our democracy”? Since the dawn of time all cultures, all Human males, have had long beards, and for a fantasy setting with WIZARDS in it, it is unacceptable to still not have this option.
Especially when there have already been NPCs in WoW and WC3 with long beards. The technology is really not the issue here, there is nothing hard about making them. I made some myself in Blender, as you can see in the photos, so the only possible logical explanation is that they do this for ideological reasons.
