Finding stuff in my inventory is broken

bottled essence in inventory - cant use it on the engine - claims that i dont have the bottled essence
its not just that - but also combining stuff from my bag - like the obsidian key for wrathion

Quests breaking -need help-

Hi there, We’re currently investigating reports that having any Artisan’s Supply quest active can prevent progress on other quests. If you do, can you try abandoning that and see if it helps? Thanks!
