If Blizz takes away our TBC experience after only little over a year and won’t even bother letting us keep the TBC era servers then I’ll look for my own experience.
No I’m not talking about a private server, mainly because there are none atm that are in phase one, but also because they are underpopulated and finding groups at low level is a nightmare.
So what did I find? I got me my own server where I control everything, have gm controls available if I choose to (I won’t too much because it takes too much fun away) but more importantly I found a way to populate my server with semi intelligent bots. 1000 of em at the same time.
Bots that I can inv and control through a simple control window, select their playstyle like dps, generating threat, using x or y abilities or avoid em. Alts that I created I can summon as a bot and level as a party.
So yeah blizz I’ll find my own TBC fun for the time being.
This is a bit like going into your local grocery shop and loudly announcing that you’re fed up with the prices and will be shoplifting from them from now on.
Hello,
I was thinking about this many, many, many times to just have your own server with bots playing. I would gladly play such a game, because I am too tired of all the shenanigans going on on live servers. It could be happy and peaceful life :))
But the quality of gameplay will highly depend on bots AI.
I’d love offical SP WoW, let’s be honest here, the exploration is over, there is nothing to solve, no real need for other human players other than using them to reach your own goals.
A seemingly cool group will go complete toxic ape at the first sign of trouble, what was funny (but ultimately forced) banter will turn into death-wishes and insults that would make the yard of any s.hitty high school proud.
People will happily remove you from friends once you’re of no use anymore, best to do when you’re offline for extra snarkiness.
It’s sad to say but WoW Classic is only for the top % sweatlords. The huge drop in player numbers after only 1 month seems to support this notion.
Some Ulduar (WotLK main dish) kicks is likely what most people are waiting for, ICC never was as good and it’s too far away with the utter cringefiesta that was TotC and the Crusader Grounds dailies in between. After some weeks of Ulduar WotLK will likely be dead, on a level together with Vanilla Era. Which means, the people left will be the Warmane heroes, who duel each other for 15 hours a day and stream it to their 8 viewers.
Well for example Twitch is not even mentioned in allowed streaming platforms. Theres justin.tv tho so i guess it applies for twitch aswell however i just found it funny.
