Fiora Longears isn’t in Auberdine at the docks where she should be. This means we can’t hand in the quest ‘Fiora Longears’ or get the quest ‘Journey to Astranaar’. I’ve logged in and out multiple times refreshed and logged on different characters. She’s just not there.

It’s a breadcrumb quest, it’s not needed.
You mean you don’t need Journey to Astranaar to do the rest of the quest chain? Well that is good news. But she should still be there and it is still a bug that blizzard should fix.

Who said it was bugged? the NPC was removed on purpose at the start of TBCC, unless you have proof it’s a bug ofc.
Wowhead is not proof.
Why, there is a comment from 2007/11/15 that validates that the NPC should be there.
‘‘With the 2.3 patch, Fiona Longears has moved. She’s now in Darkshore, on the dock at 33,42.’’
