Fire Mage Hot streak but in Cataclysm Classic

Hello,

I can’t get rid of a bug in Cataclysm Classic playing as a mage. Having hot streak proc, I can’t use instant pyroblast while moving/jumping, it’s only usable when standing still.

As far as I can see noone else is having this issue. I found a couple of mentions of this bug on the forums but there’re no solutions, nor recognition of the bug by Blizzard. I’ve tried respecing, playing with a hot streak talent but to no avail. This bug single handedly ruins fire mage as a viable pvp and even pve specialization.

Is there any solution to this extremely irritating bug?

I would tell you, you should try a more thoroughly troubleshooting. Like hardware wise and drivers.

I would try changing the keyboard first, as it looks like your inputs are not registering correctly.

It is a bug, when the talent is activated, both the Pyroexplosion and the blizzard are transformed into instant Pyroexplosion. But only the blizzard one works correctly. This is a shame on Blizzard’s part, that after a month apart from the PTR it has not been resolved.
