fireblood doesn’t remove garrote

Are you talking about garrote the bleed or garrote the silence? Because they are two different debuffs.

Racials shouldn’t dictate the game anyway.

Racials should be disabled in pvp combat.

Not sure, racials add flavour in situational combats, and frankly experienced players shouldn’t have an effect on that.

Wait i was remix a dwarth hunter too 70 just because BM dont have mending bandage and fireblood looks op on paper vs assa feral

It sure is only the silence it dont remove
Anyway you wont too dispel kingsbane or deathmark mainly

Try and play a rogue, without being a night elf. Especially in PVP. Having access to a re-stealth is basically meta, you can’t even twist that. Meld was also meta for an entire M+ season in BFA too due to death skipping being very prominent, just two examples where a racial has had too much impact.

Whenever assa / feral is meta, or affli lock. Dwarf players go up in % because being able to trade a 30 second cd on your trinket to cleanse a whole go is kinda nuts, who would of thought.

I mean I haven’t played much as a rogue, but I have seen orc rogues playing on higher mmr RBGs, but frankly playing a non meta race shouldn’t be an obstacle eitherway, if people want to maximize their performance on night elves, they are free to do so, it’s up to blizz whether they want to nerf shadowmeld.

I mean if you want to sweat as hard as possible there are so many things you can do.
I don’t want to buy a new mouse with 10 buttons instead of the 2 I have to counter spell bloating, but if you do you can play better. Same is with racials.
You do you, but racial effects objectively make the game more “fantasy” and I like that.

Nah this is entirely different from buying an MMO mouse, this is another instance of bringing the race/class over the player. You can’t just say its down to chance entirely/its a flavour choice otherwise the pvp scene wouldn’t just be the majority 3-5 races on repeat / rotation, plenty of other mmos have forgone requiring racials to the extent of how bad it is in wow, especially for “fantasy” to exist in the game

What i’m saying is that it depends on what level you want to play. If you want to be super hard core you gotta min max to the extreme. If you don’t want to do that you can pick whichever race you want. It’s a power in the hands of the players and that is a good thing.

And what I’m saying is that I shouldn’t have to play a night elf to squeeze out a free re-stealth’s worth of damage + a on demand silence if you’re assa. Thats nuts with that logicj ust let me pick the darn racial as my other races, cause that sjust defacto busted regardless of level of play.

its not even a case of min-maxing, its just straight up a superior choice given it gives you your stealth toolkit for 3 seconds + flat 30% crit from your talent tree for being in ‘stealth’, you’d be stupid to not play a night elf as rogue, same how belf is gonna be rampant meta af again all next season in M+ as they have a PBAoE purge and from what I understand having a purge is gonna be very important for the seasonal affix.

If you want to give power to the players, let them pick one  without it being tied to a race.

Depends what you mean with “rampant af meta”.
What I understood the seasonal affix will work roughly like Raszageth volatile sparks. Any CC/purge, interrupt etc.
The instant you go +12 keys the seasonal affix changes to just a flat 20% dmg/health increase for enemies.

So for pushing it wont matter. If you are a pure +10 it still wont matter as much as you believe it to be since majority of specs got aoe stops for it.
