Hello,
I solo ran Firelands heroic earlier this week but Ragnaros doesn’t spawn even though I killed all mandatory bosses: https://imgur.com/a/MkS6tig. Already tried re-entering the raid, killing my character in the raid, logging out, retrying on different days, killing extra trash mobs etc. Nothing helps.
Can you please fix this?
They did fix it (supposedly) but you might have to wait for a server reset for it to apply to your save. Maybe test it on an alt.
Hey there Lethaldana,
If you have killed any of the previous bosses in Normal difficulty, Ragnaros will not spawn in Heroic, so please make sure that you have killed all the other bosses on Heroic in this lockout. If any of the other bosses were done on Normal, you will be able to face Ragnaros on Normal.
Having said this, there was a recent hotfix that fixed an issue that prevented Ragnaros from spawning on Heroic difficulty, and if you were affected by this please Contact Support and they will be able to look into this for you.
