Please just double the number of layers on megaservers in general. 30 characters battling for tags in a daily hub is not OK. It feels like I am fighting people from my own faction instead of playing the game

The community have been telling you for days itâs a layering issue. In game addons have the ability to display the apparent lack of layers but none of you could could figure it out or be bothered to manually deploy layers until now?
The above aside, there is absolutely no reason you couldnât have updated us daily on the issue, even if you muppets had no idea what was going on, a holding blue post saying youâre looking into it wouldâve been nice.

How about compensation for the player base? this issue has been unsolved for so many days that I firmly do believe that atleast 7 days of gametime should be added to everyone who has had to suffer from this issue.
Hell, Iâd be okay with giving everyoneâs level 90s +1000 rep with all the Pandaria factions to make up for the days that doing dailies was borderline impossible.

Itâs very questionable that it took from at least Friday through Tuesday to resolve these issues much less get any acknowledgement of them, because that implies no one was on staff over the weekend to inform players and to eventually resolve the layer issues. Thatâs negligence at best.

Its happening again. 3 layers in IF and SW. Unplayable game. No answer, no message. They do not care about us and itÂŽs sad. Once you had the best player support system I can remember, and now it`s full of auto responses and bots.
Customer support as a profession has been decreased massively decade after decade. Soon, itâll cease as a profession. Itâs kinda pointless to complain about it, itâs one of the many professions facing elimination in the coming future by the rise of AI.
