Game feels very laggy when u need to wait 10-15 seconds before you loot dead corpse or quest item.

Same problem here, and I saw a lot of other people complaining in general chat in-game.

Please fix your server or connection issues, Blizzard.

There is a clear issue with a 137.221.65.76 host (Blizzard network) which is experiencing an immersive amount of packet loss and inadequate(from player perspective) latency. Something is wrong with realm infrastructure.

Game performance is still degraded. Items are unable to be deleted even for several seconds after operation performed.

Host 137.221.65.93 is probably character items database server because any operations with items (creation, deletion) are very laggy and could take up to 40 seconds to be performed.
