Just wondering why the hell you cannot provide live news and updates for your millions of clients? Firemaw down since I tried logging in at 5am and still offline.
A news item on the battle.net client perhaps would be good, a post somewhere etc.

basic things really. you know, if they put a notice, Hey we having issues here due to x y z, please be patient, then I dont get angry and frustrated. When you just dont give a F, and say nothing ignore customers, then of course have every right to be upset. These guys just dont give a F about us.

never heard of something like this never ever , more then 5 hours shutdown thats crasy hope gm team fix this probleme as they helped me a lot in the past , i m sure they have a hard case on their hands we should be more supportive but +5 hours shutdown is insane
I mean I agree but at the end of the day if it is an unforeseen issue that can’t be resolved in under 30 min there should at least be an update about what is going on instead of just silence. Bet there are people thinking this in on their end and hitting a reinstall.
you absulutly rite they leaft us in the dark thats a form of torture , evrybody siting ther waiting from 3am my guees is some peapol are trying to login from 3 am i can only imagine the desapointment GM team you have wronged 120000 active players and treated them with no respect for the sake of your reputation my guess is a gift will take the edge off for some peapol , show us you respect us and apretiate your player base we are not dogs (as i said i love you guys for helping me in the past ) but this is unecaptabel

we getting sweet load of nothing bud. hehe. they dont dish out free game time and stuff anymore. No news, no updates, no freebies, nothing, maybe some lag, we might get some lag.
fre game time is a loss for blizard i understand why they dont give it after all they are a buisnnes but a mount or some nice transmog jsut a litle gesture that cost nothing can calm you and maek you love the game more
