Fish Fellreed upgrading farm not working

Putting this here as I’m in the UK, and can’t post on US forums, but this exact same issue has come up there (https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/fish-fellreed-growing-the-farm/423493). Fish Fellreed is upgrading my farm - when I completed the quest, she turned up on my farm to upgrade it two days ago. After the 15 minutes were up she remained, and nothing happened. When I logged out and came back in again, the timer had reset to 15 minutes. She’s still there now, two days on, and my farm isn’t being upgraded.

I have the same issue, except it’s the part where Haohan upgrades the farm. I wrote a ticket and waited for days, and this was the reply:

“It’s very clear this one is bugged and due to the mechanics of the issue we are unable to complete this until there is a fix for all those effected.”

So basically: Yep, it’s bugged. No ETA on when it’ll ever be resolved. Happy farming! :stuck_out_tongue:

P.S. You should be able to post in the Bug Report section of the US forums, btw… it seems I am, at least, and my US account hasn’t been active for many years.

Hi there!

So I completely understand the frustration, and we have indeed received a number of reports that all is not going as it should be on the farms. It’s being investigated at the moment and hopefully it should be resolved soon.

as seen here… https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/sunsong-ranch-bugged/423603

I’m not allowed to post in the US forum, so I make a copy of it here. In a nutshell, all Pandaria cooking is dead now with this bug as farming locked at only 4 spots (instead of 16) makes all dailies 4x as long.

Is there any chance this actually gets fixed? I know “you investigate”, which for old content pretty much means “you don’t care” as proven by the many broken quests in the Pandaria and Draenor expansions that make most only completable by using a level 120 obliteration toon from another player. Well, here you can’t… no workaround available.

I’m sorry that I didn’t play the Pandaria expansion when it was released, because I just started World of Warcraft last year. A capital crime in Blizzard’s view of the world that requires punishment. Filing a bug report is completely pointless, you ignore all reports unless it’s related to your latest release.

Me and all the other players that play old content pay the exact same amount of money every month. Why are we treated by Blizzard as “scum”? You are a billion dollar company, I can expect that you actually do investigate and fix these old bugs, and not just dump a line “we investigate” and then close the issue. How long can this take? 15 minutes to fix? Or alternatively make a second subscription, only old content at half subscription price, which at least will calm our frustration with all of it.

And it’s not the unbelievable amount of bugged and broken quests in old content that’s so frustrating. Bugs happen, that’s not the issue. You just ignore all and never fix anything. Ever. That’s what’s so frustrating. So far I reported like 50-60 known bugs, you just ignore everything. I can’t advance, I can’t ask support for quests to marked as finished, all I get from Blizzard is the treatment of being absolutely unwelcome. And that’s not right.

Yeah, I wish some developer of Blizzard would read this and say “Yeah I get it. I look into it”, and not just say it but actually do it.

Could not have said it better myself, trying to complete everything in pandaria, but sunsong ranch is broken and the operation shieldwall quest line are also broken, would not be surprised if somethinjg else is broken.

It got fixed today… totally shocked… first time ever Blizzard fixed anything I had problems with in old content. :hearts:

I almost thought mine wasn’t fixed like Nierielber’s, but then I waited the 15 minutes and ta-daa! Finally, no more huge mushan-beast banging that rock on my farm! (Poor thing must have a headache by now :stuck_out_tongue: )
