Fishing on Zek'ul the Shipbreaker? (Siren Isle)

I read wowhead comments said get drop Cyclonic Runekey from fishing on Zek’ul.

But HOW work it. I tried use fishing this rare dont work.
Killed Zek’ul dont work fishing. Dont show screenshot where fishing

explain this?

I did try fishing in between killing Zek every time he spawned but ended up getting the rune from the mob rather than managing to fish it up.

I tried fishing and it sat “Your cast didnt’s land in fishable water”
I think it’s random open fishing? Or near sea?

Just needs to be fishable water nearby where he spawns.
