In my opinion, this feature that any player can do this profession even without having fishing skills ( mean 1 skill ) , on the one hand, can be considered an unnecessary change, and on the other hand, this feature may make it easier for bots. Due to the high price of fish in action house.

Well personally I think every Cataclysm change was unnecessary, so no argument from me.
