Ow. Didn’t think of that. No, you can’t mog Dagger appearances onto swords.

I wish they’d start with letting us transmog fishing poles into other fishing poles. I’m tired of my underlight angler, I’d appreciate a more simple look.
Sadly it’s not a transmogable look. Out of the 3 green fishable fish weapons only one is mogable and it’s a mace (possibly made mogable by mistake).
The rare offhand fish from Ironforge/Orgrimmar aren’t mogable either.
Also I believe there’s a fish mog from island expeditions but it’s a mace as well.

Since they were introduced into island expeditions which only dropped transmogs and mounts I don’t think it was by mistake at all.
They don’t like the fun transmogs, that’s why there is no chef hat transmog. I must use the toy instead.
I’m talking about Steelscale Crushfish, which is an old mog, while weapons like Rockhide Strongfish or Dark Herring are not mogable.
Stinkrot Smasher is a newer mog from island expeditions and it uses a different higher definition model.
I wonder does ol’ crafty transmog? ambushing people with fish would be a great novelty

No, old crafty is an off-hand item and isn’t mogable. Only fish that is caught via fishing and can be mogged is steelscale crushfish.
As mentioned stinkrot smasher exists but it’s from island expeditions not from fishing.
Although funny it would probably look to silly having a fish as a weapon lol

This should definitely be a Transmog effect available for all Melee weapons…acquired from an NPC, called Montgomery Snake.
