This should fix the issue (what doctor and TimboBer said):
In World of Warcraft\Data\data folder:
-move only Data files that are only 1kb in size to your backup location. All 1kb size ones
-move all .idx files to your backup location.
(In other words, remove them from data folder but keep them somewhere else just in case)
Then go to battle.net app and do Scan & Repair one last time (hopefully) and you can once again enter the game.
Thanks for the post! I found other posts / videos that suggested to delete/move the .idx files, but not the data files. Had the scan&repair loop for over 24h.
For me it was also one datafile with exactly 1kb. I moved it to a backup location β restarted the launcher and it worked again
