Fix first blood!

I know melee in m + is all about monk - warrior - rogue only havoc dh is the worst and unwanted class since the beginning of the expnasion.

First blood isn’t working as it should be (final slash dmg is lower than it should be) also dancing with fate conduit is not working properly (lower dmg).

Feels like you guys are joking with havoc dh while its already so bad comparing with MONK - WARRİOR - ROGUE…

Can at least fix xome issues ye, can you …?

I thought they fixed dancing with fate for 9.1.5

Well sometimes it does sometimes not. Feels bad when havoc dh is garbage…

Doesn’t feel like garbage to me, but I don’t play that talent and conduit.

Seems to be working pretty flawlessly for me.
