Blizzard can you please fix Judgement of Justice I’m fairly certain you couldn’t trinket it off during original TBC as it didn’t count as a movement impairment effect like Hamstring or Crippling poison rather it brings you down to base movement speed.

I believe it says
“Unleashing this Seal’s energy will judge an enemy for 20 sec, preventing them from fleeing and limiting their movement speed.”
However i do not remember whether or not you could trinket that.
Think you are thinking of the Wotlk version. That one from my memory could not be trinketed or dispelled if I am not wrong ? Been a while mind you.
Then again, I could be wrong. Iv played a Paladin for almost 17years. I dont remember people ever trinketing my JoJ, for one people were much worse back then, and secondly you dont want to trinket JoJ if HoJ is off the global xD

It limited the movement speed to max 100% (aka normal run speed), rendering Travel Form, Ghost Wolf and Sprint/Dash useless.
To add to topic, dont know what removed the effect and not however (more than a dispell obviously)
