It is insane to me, that after 4 patches worth of bug-fixes, this has still not been addressed. my blasphemys still don’t work with rain of fire, in the necropolis. This is extremely damaging to the destro spec in necrotic wake. I know destruction is powerful and i’m not whining about the overall performance of the spec in any capacity, but the set bonus simply not working properly because of clipping issues, that also have negative impacts on other specs, is silly.
Get your heads out of your asses and fix it, PLEASE!
You can get around it by using Chaosbolt to proc the Blasphemy. A similar thing happens on the last boss of DOS, you need to proc it with a Rain of Fire set back slightly because they spawn at the bosses feet, making them useless. I think the Rain of Chaos infernals also spawn like that, too.
It took them a long time to fix pet pathing and blink effects for these dungeons…
