only first 5 can tag them then the rest have to wait a lot for next one

only time I see rares being tagged is if there’s a raid group tagging them
Let’s hope they fix this quickly
I have seen this with Chef Chum Platter. Is there a reason that people are killing him in the raid? Is he dropping something important?
