Stealth breaks not only in battlegrounds, but also in the open world at random, especially when it matters, and makes for a miserable experience when youre out there in war mode and getting pwnd only because the game isnt working correctly.

it has been bugged for a while now
It has been bugged for many years! Not sure how many years exactly.
Biggest break triggers I remember back to Cata and Panda when my stealth broke in rated bgs cause my recuperate triggered my proc trinket which in turn broke my stealth.
Same with Legendary cloak. It just triggered cause of recuperate running while stealthing around.
Then the Zonecrossing Lines.
I used to find a lot of strange borders in the open world of Panda back in the days that broke 100% stealth. Especially when you approached buildings or areas that sometimes had different progress zones.
Currently a few minutes ago in the open world a fight against a Mage:
I came out of combat About 30 meters away (no dots, no AOE areas etc.) ->Stealth → One second later → Stalth breaks
1st Vanish ->Stealth → One second later → Stalth breaks
Stealth → Stealth → (Cause still out of combat) One second later → Stalth breaks. Another player came and attacked me:
2nd Vanish ->Stealth → One second later → Stalth breaks → Got no CDs or anything and died.
Not a single dot or AOE area, mob etc. the whole time. I don’t think it’s ever been as extremely bugged as in TWW. Even in BGs. Absolutely unusable. You can run around directly without stealth.
Many other classes report the same. Like Feral, for example. However, I can say that with my Feral, which I rarely play tbh, my stealth has never been broken in TWW.
Maybe it’s also because there is no Vanish or Supterfuge.
I tried to make a script that tells me the exact reason why my Stealth-(“Aura”) is breaking. But was not able to find out how yet.
There is also a old blue post that said, they’ve implemented the stealh aura breaking in the combat log. Which I also was not able to find. The only thing I could figure out was the supterfuge Aura loose without reason.

It shouldn’t actually be too difficult to finally fix this after 14+(??) years.
