Have people forgotten things like WotLK pre-patch where retris one shotted people with divine storm? Cata pre-patch and protadins one shotting people with avenger’s shield? Just to name a few.
Pre-patch has never been balanced.

Its a pre patch what do you expect. They have tuned stuff for level 80 tww. They are not gonna fix it one week til the expansion lmao.
Go in tww, level to 80 and you should be fine again hitting hard
