Fix the incursion quests, then revert XP

Okay, but I provided an example where 2 groups helped each other on the 2 dragons. Make it hard enough to make people want to play together.

how would you solve the problem of tagging and continue running then?

They made it worth fighting enemies, people are just doing what they used to, it’s kinda outdated. If anything they’re being less efficient which is against what they actually want to do :')

I agree with you incursions have way overtuned rewards. But the solutions you are suggesting are terrible, it would make it completely unplayable. 20 player waiting for an item to respawn is literally the worst mechanic one can imagine.

It think a.) having a cap how many incursion quest you can have concurrently would be a better solution.
b.) moving set pieces from rep into dungeons/crafting. Like you get 1 item at friendly, 1 item at honored, 3 in dungeons, 1 from crafting.

sure. but then move them into one quest all together if so. The problem you face is people wont stop running in circles. with the amount of XP + the low effort needed makes it worth it.

I like these ideas. but the problem you have here is that people wont be able to share the quests to each other. say you cap at 5 quests and you have 5 quests. but your friend got 5 other. then you would need to abandon or skip doing the quest you received.


A solution could be to have the quest items spawn at different locations instead of spawn timer.
