why the hell do i get kicked for no reason at the start of a dungeon then i get 30 mins of deserter??? fix that lol

I was going to report to blizz about the same thing. We wiped on the first boss once and now i have a deserter debuff for 30 min because of the vote to kick system.
I tanked leveling, tried to vote kick a dps that was still afk at the start of the dungeon after we killed the first boss. I got abuse as it seemed to be friends who said the player was busy.
I said, that’s stupid, don’t queue till you’re all r ready or queue without him.
I got kicked for deserter to.
You can literally get kicked for asking people to do more than half the tanks dmg on a boss.
You get hit with comments its not m+20, it’s not a mythic raid and who cares.
These people are an embarrassment to society, unlucky these make up the majority of wow players.
