its not working!!! been waiting for near 90 mins , yesteday it took 1 min MAX and after your ‘‘update’’ no1 is able to que up as a dps… and follower dungeon give no xp due to the lack of the random bonus

I have this problem since the launch of HC dungeons… have only played 1 dungeon so far after a 90 min queue lol.
Currently:
Average Wait Time: 5 Min
Time In Queue: 1 Hr 22 Min

Maybe the group finder is cherry picking meta classes 
than play as tank
Looks like the bad Behaviour from Players towards Healers/Tanks and the nerfs from Blizzard to both roles had a totally unexpected effect.
Insta que for me, I play only healer and tank
I think the longest I waited was maybe 3 minutes and that was 15 minutes before the server maintenance! Just wanna rub a bit of salt into the wound 
The dungeons are ridiculously easy.
This is very true, easy & fast. It’s just the absent-minded players that make them difficult xD
Just switch tank and you will wait 2-3 minutes, I pushed my monk 80 yesterday after 2 sessions of 2-3 hours.

It would help if we could get satchels for tanks and healers more often i guess
They have been really frequent today, at least for the (German) Horde. They still contain ~950 gold and 1-3 of the new runes, I miss the days when they could contain pets and mounts, that was a bigger draw! (I liked the thrill of opening them when they could contain surprises.)
Aye, I´ve been tanking and healing on Pally and druid since late TBC and DK since Wrath day 1, but I haven´t tanked or healed for randoms since at least early BFA… For friends? Sure, anytime, I´ll hard carry if necessary /possible…
But for 4 random wackos that all obviously think they can do it better? Pfft, nah, been there, done that. Seriously, eff them, they need to finally step up, put their money where their mouth is, and start tanking and healing themselves. When reality has taught them their inevitable lesson in humility, then and only then will there once again be a basis for cooperation.
And a pitiful 1-2k gold for an augment rune is not going to ever change that… when the bag has 20k gold in it, then maybe I´ll reconsider, but by then 20k will be 2 world quests, so probably not, unless they start putting mounts in them again. 
PS /edit: And it absolutely doesnt´t help their skewed perception that even clothies can ninjapull and facetank most non boss mobs for more than .5 seconds, all it does is give them the false impression that tanking can´t be that hard and that none of the enemies do damage, anyway, whichis one f hte primary reasons everything gets offloaded as a healer or tank problem while the DpS that have the time to use their utility just blindly follow their play by numbers rotation helpers and ignore every mechanic that isn´t an obvious Tsar Bomba. We desperately need to get back to mobs roflstomping people that shouldn´t be pulling aggro on them to begin with, because if they don´t learn to respect the content, then they ll never learn to respect the 2 people that more often than not are hard carrying them through it.
All the more reason to not saddle yourself with a group of know it alls… if they´re so easy, then I´m sure they can just zone in and clear them solo… because as a tank I absolutely can–it takes longer, but it´s also a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience than having to constantly react to “intelligent” ninjapulls and “go faster” shullbit from people that aren´t even intelligent enough to use feign death, dispersion, or invisiblility when they´re about to get their comeuppance for being a ninjapulling toxitard.
