battle net not working good for me all day, cant get in then when i do everything just lags out and dc, can play a bit then nothingā¦ also app on phone stuck on connection for a long timeā¦

I am sure your system is fine and there is something going on with the servers or the connection to the servers on their side, so to speak. As several of the servers are running on each serverblade, and sharing bandwith that is available. Also they connected them so you can get instanced with friends on a totally other blade
or even another countries wowsewers. And that is the exact thing I believe is causing trouble. The hardware is fast enough, but the software is not only completely unique as there is no other game that decided to have this sort of connectivity, but just ran them all in one place or you could only group within your physical server rack, (with several blades ofc) That is what we had before in wow too and we was divided into ābattlegroupsā as it mostly were a thing made for the pvp players to have a lot more people to be battling with and against. Most pve andys like me did bearly notice except during the midnight releases of each expansion. They implemented the system we have now in a lighter variant and removed battlegroups by the opening of pandaland. And MAN did we strugle in the start. We used to disconnect on harder rares if someone from the wrong server joined in fighting it, even if that player was not grouped with us. And we could just suddenly fade into wrong realm mid raid and the worst was that Island of thunder. I was fighting Huoloun (the black cloud serpent, and we killed it and somehow I was farming the mount a long time Thundering black cloudserpent, but it never dropped. As the people left (I was not grouped or in raid) I faded into another realms Huoluon fight maybe 10 seconds after the kill! And in 4-5 seconds I just managed to tag him before he died for me the second time in maximum 10 seconds, and the mount dropped to me. Aparently tousands of connections to each virtual server means trouble, but they fixed pandaland for us and changed the entire server systems before Grindlords of Paymore! Or we was told so. I think it took me an hour to even get 2 levels that night, as it dcād and froze when everyone gathered in the same places. Pandaland was acording to me and a lot of others the best and wildly popular. So naturally as always wow players are hopefull and poisitive even if the launchmonth was rough and steep for everyone. Until we discovered that litle HhE they call garrison is just a grind that you are obligated to if you want to be somewhat competetive or at least not needing to wait for the nerf in the next major patch to see the content in raids, as that is what drives the story and lore ( at that time anyway) It WAS amazing in compare to the old blades I seen, that bearly ran one server and there was not a chance to fix it because they ran the state of the art servers and lines allready. They started making or at least those that they paid to make the code allowing for seamless realmshifts at the right time and right realm with right people, and also transfer the player and character information and details, because it is obviously not stored the data of each char on all the realms. At last fixed again just in time for every demon on Argus humping our dry bones with the help of NancyāPelosiā¦ Eh sorry I mean GulāDanā¦ If that was not enough there was this mage killing his own in the tower of our base down on the shore, dropping colors to gear we allready have. Obviously a new Sucess! We didnāt get any new players from the Stanic Church in LA though. As they saw it, we killed their God and their angels. The expansion went fearly well linewize, and we got rid of the cheaters and goldsellers, so in the end, luckily after we kicked the lady of the Shadowcouncil in the mouth really hard. they just rented virtual computers in Europe, and that route for the data transfered to be reflecting what you experience, with a lot of nodes and maybe old software, Except from Oslo, Stockholm and Paris and London that was somewhat stable they made mad latency spikes in the 4 digit territory and whole servers, yeah the whole blade and sometimes a rack, so up to 30-40 realms dcād at the same time. Because Shayna numba uan ofc, but we learned fast to reply the golddiggers and speedhacking and even corehacking cheaters when they offered service. Neehaow, Erbaiwu! or Chaonima, and yes it means what you thougt it means basicly. This and those hanzi letters flew in between eachoter in the general, trade and city chats.
Then in BfA it was solved, until they closed down the servers there. And they literally HAD TO come to an agreement, becasue they ravaged us and cluster abused the Oceanian and European Servers badly from 2023 to 2024. If you tried during that time you would quit and hope the next expansion was becoming better. The pattern is that when the regions are able to come over to us, it gets bad, and if they are region locked its worse, and if they are shutting down, it releases H*LL and they go bananas and does not mind insulting you GRAVELY, in text! Now It will be some problems some times because stupid things like the datacenter you connect to are having problems or get cyber attacked. I know the struggle bro, and itās real. But we do get better times in between.
