Mastery: Cold Heart: Your rune spenders deal x% additional damage, your Runic Power spenders have y% reduced global cooldown.
Killing machine: Your next Obliterate will be a critical hit and consuming killing machine will trigger Rime then cause your next Howling Blast to be a critical hit on it’s main target.
Rime: No longer triggers randomly from standard obliterates.
Icebound Fortitude: Now 10% more reduction and 4 second longer duration for frost death knight.
Obliterate: Will now reduce the duration of immunities by 2 seconds.
Frost strike: Cannot be blocked, dodged or parried.
Deathfrost: (active) Your howling blast will gain the damage bonus from rime for 8 seconds.
Good ideas and I’d like to see some of that + some useless talents (especially pvp ones) replaced with: Chill of the Grave (legion artifact trait, adds range into Frost Strike), Icy Touch (deals small dmg and reduces the target’s ranged, melee attack, and casting speed by 15% for 20 sec), some kind of dispel, etc. Without such changes only crazy dmg can make fdk useful for pvp.
