I’ve seen that some players are using a waist slot belt called ‘flame-touched chain’ that gives you 15% haste if a player casts am interrupt when you’re not casting… but… I cannot figure out how it’s aquired. I can see that it is a crafted item I believe but it doesn’t show the ability it comes with.
Can anyone help with this? Thanks!
I think you mean the “new” precognition. It’ a (PvP)- embellishment for crafted gear items which are “flame-touched”, meaning that a spark of shadowflame was used for it in the process. You can make it when you’re a jewelcrafter otherwise it’s also in the auction house. It’s this one here:
