Flanking Strike cooldown does not get reduced by Kill Command resets, when having Fury of the Eagle + Ruthless Marauder talent combo.
Fury of the Eagle and Wildfire Bomb cd reductions seem to work fine tho.
I’ve issued bug report in-game since EU forums have no dedicated bug reporting section.
