Dear Blizzard, please fix the Flask of Petrification abuse.
Firstly, how can such an item not have a cooldown on it? I believe it is a very potent item and it’s quite powerful even outside of the hardcore challenges.
Yes, I am aware that all flasks don’t have a cooldown, but in my opinion, this item shouldn’t be categorized alongside other flasks. The same goes for the abuse bug with the Flask of the Titans and others that restore resources rather than just increasing the pool.
Secondly, despite the abuse of this item, it sets up a meta where you are obligated to have these potions to successfully complete dungeons. Consequently, the entire gameplay gets reduced to farming resources or money to acquire these very Flasks of Petrification. Where there is demand, supply follows and this is very convenient for bot handlers and auction manipulators, which are already a problem on Classic servers.
Additionally, I’ve always believed that the one-minute window before being teleported to the nearest graveyard after leaving a dungeon group is too short. While many might disagree with me, there are instances where you literally lack a few seconds to complete a task or to reach the exit, when everybody has already flew away using their hearthstones.
Maybe removing the timer and mechanic that kicks you out of the dungeon will be the best solution, never understand it
