Just allow us to put more than 10/25 people in a raid. There is enough loot for it, by now every guild running content will have it on farm; you can see it in the flask prices crashing.
they already are flex with an upper limit of 25 or 10. kara is tuned for like 7-8 people, 25 mans for 15-20
Where did you get this from?
i’ve played the game before. classic raids are also doable with 20-30 people
Still didn’t answer my question, cool you’ve played the game and it’s possible with less. You said
I want to know where you’ve seen it say the raids have been tuned for less than the max raid size.
The raids have been severely nerfed, classes buffed, batching nerfed, on top of that you have external changes like better pcs, connections, addons, spread of knowledge.
Gruul was cleared by 15 people back in 2007 and was nerfed after that. Clearly the raids are tuned for much fewer than the limit.
If you are interested in specifics you can read patch notes or blueposts.
It wasn’t specifically said but i’m more coming from the angle of having 26,27,28 people i’ve played with for years and not being able to fit them in.
I don’t really get your point as I say:
“By now every guild running content will have it on farm” in the original post.
I don’t really care if you say it was tuned for 1 person, 10 people 20 people, 25 people. Your point of “Oh it’s already flex” isn’t true because there isn’t any blue post I can find saying this. Then you’re just saying “Oh well people have done it with less”: Which is just not what my post was talking about, people who can do both raids within 2 hours will run with 25 people, people who run both in 8 hours will run it with 25 people from what i’ve seen.
Why are you arguing with me about making it flex to more people? What’s your worry?
No changes, please. Anniversary should stick to the original TBC as much as possible. If you want flex raiding, you might want to try retail, it’s awesome, but we’re here to experience TBC.
Woah yeah man you’ve changed my entire outlook; the best opportune time to experience OG TBC for the 3rd re-release it really should feel like 2007, you know lets go back to that old engine version as well, we should have OG node respawn rates and how each class was in 2007/8 because it was really great back then, they had balancing down to a fine art.
I hate retail, since WOD it’s too streamline, implementation of temporary power and now; the 8 different currencies don’t help either. I need some gank, plain bad decisions and the grinding in my games that TBC has but I also want to play it with the people I’ve always played it with and the new people who have joined without potentially splitting raids, and actually pugging unnecessary extra nights to let people play what they want: I could have what my raiders want with 5 extra slots and I don’t see why not.
