I fell off Elysian Hold and now the flight pathis missing so there is no way of returning there. How do I get back?

I have searched every flight master I have and there is NO flight path to Elysian Hold.

The help says: The Flight Point on Elysian Hold is automatically collected without having to do so manually. Please visit the closest Flight Master and you will be able to travel to Elysian Hold. This is not true.
