Pretty much as we all know flight paths in vanilla were horrible. Too slow, going on a safari around areas instead of getting you from point A to point B. If I want to get from Stonetallon mountains to Zoram strand, I have to first get through the crossroads. That makes zero sense and is a huge waste of time.
Well the game was designed for exploration, discovery and wasting your free and suscription time back in 2002-2004. All the QoL including new graveyards and some flight patch’s were implemented in TBC, also I belive flight routes were improved in Wrath and ridiculous amount of flight points were added in Cataclysm to speed up leveling from 1 to 85 in Cata, so it took around same time as 1 to 60 in Vanilla. If you want that amount of flight paths in WoW Classic you will get it in 6 months from now on in Cata Classic.
I do think there should be at least some few more paths.
Some difficulty is Astraanar - Ratchet, flying through Southshore.
Graveyards is a bigger problem. Having to run back across half a zone when dying is not very great.
I didn’t had this problem on Hardcore realm.
Southshore is on another continent, how can you fly through it?
True, meant Theramore.
They could add more fps for alliance.
You can also fly faster depending on how many fps you unlocked. For alliance it takes 30 mins from auberdine to ratchet without azhara fp. With azhara fp unlocked it takes 5-10 minutes
