if you played classic until now, you been part of the biggest begging comunity in wow, they beg gold sellers to sell gold all the time. while i played classic it was common to buy gold, ppl even braging about it, and they didnt even get banned, not that i bothered to report them, because i dont work for blizzard or for free, but i was aware of alot of ppl buying golds, every day i loged in i got mails from gold sellers without me even contacting any such site or person.

@Shaille yes i played the game since vanilla on and off
my actual playtime equates to roughly 12000 hours over 17 years.
which if you do the math is equal to actively playing 1.3 years
i have also only actively posted on these forums since BFA… you know the expansion when the game started majorly going down hill … i wanted to voice my displeasure at the company for ruining it.
so maybe u may want to do a lil research before u start throwing blind accusations at people. hell i probably to my knowledge have played less than you yourself over a much longer period of time.
EDIT: there is probably some people around here which have beat my entire wow playtime in just this one expansion alone.
my BFa played time is about 500 hours at most, same with shadowlands

Instead of playing AH play real life markets-crypto, stocks, NFts then buy Wow token. That is my opinion on this. No one is gonna make 100m From just 1k unless you get lucky and buy some super rare Tmog Item worth 1M with it. Than you can work from that.
