Also, I’ve been in the guild for 3 months now and I do not know of anyone besides one newish member that joined that uses forums, let alone be toxic.

In this partiuclar situation i do not agree with someone asking for gold either.Especially when in my own experience with a little patience i can get everything i need.And i never ask for gold,boost or anything in the game.
