Tooltip says reduce cd of blink with 2.8 sec on 184 ilevel.
The cd on blink is only reduced with 1 sec from 25 sec to 24 sec.
Youāre mixing up Blink and Shimmer.
Surely it works on both?
I mean if it did, it would be specified, no? I noticed no individual Talents have their own Conduits.
I am pretty sure it reduces the cool down of the 2 shimmer charges with a total of 2,8 seconds. As in each charge is reduced with 1,4 seconds

That would explain it, but it does not say so on tooltip
Seems to be fixed, full cd reduction for both shimmers atm.
