Hello! I just don’t understand why do I need to do the pathfidenr achi gated behind revered reputation to fly in BFA. I know Ion said they don’t like new players to immediately be able to fly, but if I have a max level char already why can’t I also fly there? I don’t see any good reason why not.

This has been a question about legacy expansions since forever.
Honestly, day 1 of a new expansion, all old content should be flyable. People who did Pathfinder at the time already had their reward of flying while it was their day to day content. Blocking flying off once it is just mog hunting and storylines is nothing but annoying.

ye but in shadowlands they removed pathfinder in legion and warlods of draenor, but they don’t want to do it in BFA
I wouldn’t be surprised if they remove the requirement for BfA in Dragonflight… Might be that it’s always going to be the current and previous expansions that you still have to earn it for, but anything older is free.
Ion said that it is not planned in dragonflight

Agree with you and i have made a post about this aswell. BFA flying should be unlocked for all as soon as DF launches. Or at least remove the reputation gate.

That’s why I still can’t fly in BfA and still haven’t unlocked some of the races. It’s just a stupid chore to do.

Bfa flight path achievement might go away with DF or the expansion after that .

The reason is obvious: Flying is fun, so we can’t have that easily available for new players!

pathfinder in dragonflight ? why does anyone want to fly with a 350% fly mount when all has 900% flying ?
