Hello everyone!
so basically unlocked “unlocking the secret” on my main char i can flying everywhere, logged with my alt level 50 i just can’t fly searched almost everywhere for a solution i couldn’t find any some say it is an item i have to use but i didn’t find that item in my inventory.
i really need help i don’t feel doing that all over again with my alts.
I always assumed it unlocked at Max Level (not 50). But you’ve just made me realise that I haven’t levelled up any alts since flying was unlocked.
Isn’t unlocking secret a ZM flyin? 
flying for shadowlands zone is do something in korthia? or renown lvl? i don’t remember
it’s an account wide unlock you simply start flying on your alts and if you can’t its a bug
You have to unlock account-wide flying with the 9.1 campaign, the ZM achievement is just for ZM not the rest of Shadowlands.
Clicking
Memories of Sunless Skies will teach you and all characters on your account Shadowlands Flying, with no level restrictions. If they’re high enough to enter Shadowlands, they can fly immediately.
Maybe that level 50 doesn’t have the riding skill?
The achievement you did unlocks flying for all your characters only in Zereth Mortis.
If you want to fly in the other Shadowlands zones (except for the Maw) you need to complete the fourth chapter of the Chains of Domination campaign. Once you do that, you get an item in your inventory. If you click it, all your characters will be able to fly in the normal Shadowlands zones.
If you want to fly in Battle for Azeroth zones with all your characters, you need to do two achievements: Pathfinder of Battle for Azeroth Part 1 and 2.
If you want to unlock the ability to fly in general anywhere (except for the zones you need specific requirements for that are listed above) you have to be level 30 and visit your flying trainer. This is the only thing you need to do on every character separately, all the other things are account wide.
An important thing to mention is that you also need the general ability to fly before you can fly for example in the Shadowlands, even if you have done the achievements.
So in your case I would firstly look at where your alt is. Is it in a zone where you need a specific achievement to unlock flying? If it is, I would then look at if you have the achievement. If you don’t have it, you obviously have to do it. If you have it and still can’t fly, you will have to visit your flying trainer and train flying. If you have both the achievement and the general ability to fly, I would consider restarting the game. If it doesn’t work after a restart then I think it’s a bug.

Ive completed the opening quest for the legion expantion up to were varian dies cutscene then i stoped there and when i got back to orgrimar i was being fazed out and i cant get back to normal shadowlands faze and the oribos port and vanished and cromie just says icecrown needs you so im a bit stuck here could eney one help?
That’s your issue. Complete that quest line.
