Does anyone know if the flying trainer in hellfire peninsula gives you discount for having different rep levels with thrallmar?
It’s the guy that gives you the quest in the start at the tower to drop bombs over the burning legion
EDIT: The trainers and mount sellers are located in Shadowmoonvalley, for both Horde and Alliance.

Yes.
I believe the flying trainer was moved to Honor Hold / Thrallmar in WoTLK (I could remember this wrong)
Trainers and vendors are in shadowmoon valley for both factions, and do not belong to any faction so no discount afaik
